Hello everyone, I hope you can help with something since I have fixed how many pumps vp44psg5 -psg16
hello, for the mechanical part of the pump there is the error code obd: p1220, which is the blocked advance piston, there is no other choice but to change the mechanical part and with this, this goes through the dirt of the diesel oil that dirties The iron part, I have spent many times in opel, for the issue of the immo block in the Ford pump - there are many modules for sale on the Chinese AliExpress website. Very cheap.
Hello, everyone! Indeed, it's a waste of time when you have no mechanic near, i.o. to check the pump (mechanical parts). Advance piston, hydraulic head, gaskets ect...
I've repaired some of them, always ok, but later came back with the same issue. Burnt mosfet. I am nsot wondering why, just knowing that an electronist without a mechanic for pump verification.... it just doesn't worth to work for. Expect not to get your money for repair. Asa ca... Mult succes!

Repair is easy only on three areas:
1. Bad angle Sensor
2. Bad timing control solenoid
3. Leaking front oil seal
Hello everyone.
who knows where this point of the RPM sensor capacitor is going
@bladymir Hello, I must say "Ouuuch!" Never had the nerves to find it out. But that not sound good what you did there.
Who wants to see an invention, take a look here:

hello my friend
This unit is from an Opel I have it to test, it was broken for a long time.
But I have another unit of an Audi A6 to which I repair RPM sensor and out of curiosity I have looked at another capacitor point and I can't find connection.
Thank you.
I have been searching today, again, on all the pcb and found nothing. I have a vp44 electronic unit sacrified only for measurements and i did not find a correspondence for that capacitor pin. If you don't solder it propperly from the start, you can throw it away. Or... Keep searching on the pcb... Find out if after powering it up, you have a conduction from that point to another component. Might be a transistor or a diode that enables the connection to that capacitor soldering point. It mus be a solution, but i've got no time for research...
Have nt found either any alternative point for that cap...
Does BMW modules require adaptation ?I have an problematic module and think that would be a good ideea to change it with another module with usual faulty transistor .
Volo your setup is awesome ,I will call you these days to talk more
If you still have my number... Regarding that bmw, i have never had the opportunity to reprogram one of them. Probably Inpa and go, Planet!
Sorry. Bad post
