Ford C-Max 1.6 TDCI Automatic to Manual conversion

Dear All, thank you for reading my post. Any help is appreciated!
I have a car Ford Focus C-max 2005 year. 1.6TDCI. The automatic gearbox is broken, so I switched to manual. However, the car runs very bad. One of the problems is: Speedometer says: Gearbox malfunction + ESP function stop working. Also Check engine light is ON. Can I reprogram the ECU, and switch the dump from automatic to manual? The ecu is EDC16C3.

update to new calibration file from ford using ids,you should find suitable one with manual gearbox for your car

Thanks for reply. Problem is that my Flash file size is 1024KB not 2048KB.
I read in forum, that NO FAP version EDC16C3 is file size 1024KB
And FAP version of EDC16C34 file size comes in 2048KB. Is it true? I add some photos.
Need dump of EDC16C3 manual transmission.
