grande punto key stuck in door

hi all customer has a key stuck in the door of a grande punto, wedged it in forcefully and now it will not remove by pulling,

how would this be resolved? have never had anything to do with blade removal, only new key supply

i should add the key turns in the door lock, just wont remove
