2015 Renault Captur

Been asked to do a spare card for this Renault but existing card is starting car but om dash display says card not recognised. Using MVP but worried if cards deleted and go to add again they won’t go in.
Is this a common thing or should I avoid going to this one ?

starting car .... or not recognised ?
just resoldering coil , and add new card after repair old

Display show, that the keyless function is faulty?!
Inserting it in the hfm slot will start car.

These cards are not so expensive, make sure to get the correct type, with or without keyless.
Some sellers have nice onces with chrome logo.

Thanks for replys just wanted to know if it was an issue on these models before deleting all keys to add new key.

It’s not proxy key it’s slot type

Car starts ok but display on dash saying key not recognised. If it’s a key issue no big deal. Yes can get decent cards at the right money and easy to programme in.

Also tell customer is original key wont be recognised as this often happen on Renault tell him not to expect 2 working
Key cards as the one is working now 90 percent won't go back in.
