Volvo V50 I need pilot code

The customer has lost the key to volvo v50.He bought a used one, I programmed LONSDOR - the car starts, but the pilot does not work.The programmer asks for a 16-digit remote control code.The key like in the picture.You can read its code somehow from the used remote control.

There is not way to get the remote key code. Only new keys from volvo and some aftermarket. the other option is to get a working key used and the UEM from another car that are working together and replace. remove the cem and key the used.

This is what I am talking about that you will need to program the remote. the remote itslsft is never locked. the UEM get programed and locked. it's the reverse of most other keys,
