Fiat panda 2013 year
I read transporder
Copy with sniff vvdi key tool
Clone id46 "good" on display
Car dont start
Only original key
I try with 3 tp and not results

Have you tried with transponder out of key next to ariel ignition sometimes fiat
Cloned key do not work where well
Due to weak signal from transponder
If you had jma trs5000 evo could have checked this have you got handybaby try to clone with that.

Yes, I try without key and not work...
I clone this same key in fiat 500 latest week and work good

Sometimes that happen, normal thing. Just clone on TPX and take money.
