Default Mercedes Vito 111CDI ECU repair Bosch CDI3

    Hi guys,
I have a car in my garage which is driving me crazy.
    Long story short:
    It's a Vito w639 111CDI OM646.982 year 2008 with Bosch ECU 0281015058 hw31.06 and sw24.07 and MB part no A6461506872.

It came in with no power at all and several error codes in ecu. I found the wiring harness to be defective and repaired it. It had several short-circuits in it, mainly in oxygen sensor and boost pressure sensor.
I managed to get rid of every single error code except one.
It is still showing P0105 boost pressure unplausible.
The value of the boost pressure sensor is stuck at 800mbar and doesn't change even when revving the engine. The turbo isn't working because the ECU is blocking the vtg mechanism. Check engine light is on.
    No power, no turbo spooling.

I checked the wiring harness and all cables that are going to the boost pressure sensor, everything is fine. I replaced boost sensor with an original Bosch one, still no effect.

I think that the ECU is defective because I had a short-circuit in the boost sensor lines in the wiring harness.
So my question is, does anybody of you guys have a schematic or a diagram of the above mentioned ECU? Do you know how to repair it and can you help me out? There must be a fried IC or something like this but I'm stuck with this for weeks now. Hope that anybody can help. I opened the ECU but I couldn't see anything strange.

    I appreciate any help!
    Have a good night friends!

Thanks my friend, but is there no other solution? Can't we just repair the ECU? A Vito ECU is hard to get by and I don't know how to clone it. I thinks it's done with ktag
