delphi2 2016 win10 problem

H u all, does anyone now the solution to fix the activation problem for delphi1026 in windows10??
Every time a star pc it says bad vci, clean files and need to activate again? why?

Lots of problems with win10. win7 is better.

Its software issue,try 2015.1.3 and you will be ok!
