EEPROM 93S66, This is to fix mileage flashing error
Best to remove EEPROM form board...

Mileage frozen or mileage blinking can be fixed by a good mileage edition (mileage + compliment "00 00" "FF FF"). Of course if dump is good read. (x16 bits)
