TOYOTA RACTIS IMMO help needed!

Hi guys, have a 2007 toyota ractis that does not start. It is a Smart key car. The car gets ignition ON and green light on start button when pressing the brake pedal, but will not start. The red light on the dash keeps flashing at all times.
I replaced the steering lock and did a handshake with Techstream, because I used to have an error in communication with the steering lock.
Now no more errors in the Entry & Access module, only get B2799 (Engine immobilizer system) on Engine ECU.
Have removed the ECU, the ID CODE ECU and the ECU AGGREGATION and read all eeproms inside and will post them here, in case someone could help me match them all up
