VW Golf IV Hot start 038906018AN___1819

Hello,
I have here VW Golf IV takes some seconds to start. If I disconnect temp. sensor it starts right away.
ECU is 038906018AN 0281011733
Inside there is 2 x flash 29F010.
Files attached.
Can someone help me solving this Hot Start problem ?
