looks like they are going to be moving vag online too

    VAG

In order to achieve better stability and reliability, we have begun transferring the VAG software to the new cloud platform.

I have to agree with all the negative comments here. AVDI was my go to tool & my distributor is great, only a phone call away & always tries to help. But i recently bought some updates for MQB & had an issue & I sent my logs to Abrites just to see if the car was supported & they wouldn't help. I think its pretty disappointing that I spent a thousand or so dollars & get zero support with it from the manufacturer. I wasn't even asking for support, just to check if my cluster was a supported model & was told I need to buy the SPS package. I want to believe this tool will get itself sorted, but I think this is an unfair move. Products or licences you buy should come with some level of support.

I would think something like a licence or purchase over $XX gets support for 3-6 months or something like that would be a little fairer. Especially when I was under the impression thats what the AMS initially was. I hope they pwoers that be can see the are just insulting loyal customers & eventually they wont stay that way.

if the program worked OK, you would not need any support

support plan is ONLY for fixing abrites errors and mistakes so this is INSANE!

Support is for problems with programing , not for fixing them bugs in software .
That mean only amateurs would need support , not need for people who knows who to work with tool.If the tool not working correct , then why we need to pay Support plan, it is them responsibility to fix it, but they do not think like that , they want us to pay for them mistakes.

They do't think about how much we could earn but about how much they could rob everyone.
