Hi,
If you can not access to EPS for sure UCH is on DF048 permanently!
So, check on EPS permanent power on big red wire, ground on black big wire and + ignition in the small connector with 6 pins, pin number 5.
If ok, check CAN voltage on pin 4 and 2 (about 2,2 Volts) ignition on.
If everething is ok, find another EPS...
