mercedes benz w212 electrical problem !

hello everybody , This is my first post. I would be grateful to anyone that can help with this problem.
With mercedes benz E200 W212 2011 the dashboard flickers (blinks) uncontrollably when you turn the switch on 2 and it won't start .and it has a pulse sound in the dashboard . It happened suddenly , and there are no door lock/unlock , windows, seats , lights control at all and remote stopped working ...etc.i scanned for Codes DTC's and i found the below :
C1410
C4270
C1110
(no can bus was recieved)

hi sir, i am not an expert but i think your problem is in other side. Dash is not needed to start engine so you need do diag on all modules, mainly ezs and engine control unit.
