edit: I ordered from china 220K but it comes with 220R printed on shell but this number is for usa 315mhz

And you think that what is written on the case is actually the same as what's inside!? It is china.....
It is just a plastic case that has something written on it and from Chinese perspective it has nothing to do with the PCB that is inside. If you want the real thing go and buy OEM but if you buy cheap you get cheap! Buy remote tester for reading frequency to be sure what radio signal it is generating and be done with it.
