Upa is better for me
Hello.
I'm quite green in Car ECUs programmers. I was using only MiniPRO programmer for memory chips in (mainly) old Land Rovers ECUs.
But now I want to fix problem with PDC in friend's Golf 6 (MC9S12DG128 3L40K MCU) and I have started to search better programmer.
As I'm hobbyist rather than professional Car electronic, then I'll choose chinese clone of XPROG-M or UPA.
But - I have a question. Which will be better?
I see that clones are in quite the same price (UPA v 1.3 vs XPROG-M v 5.5.5) - So which to choose? I was more convinced to xprog, but after reading the forum I'm not sure
It should read MC9S12DG128 secured version as it is in PDC module.
Thanks!

Ok. Thank you for your opinion.
I'll try to read more about these programmers.
Anyone else - Feel free to post your comments
Original is about 2.5*price of clone.
As I'm using it as hobbyist - It should be OK
Ok. I have bought UPA v 1.3...
But I have problem - How should I connect it to MC9S12CG128 3L40K SECURED mcu?
Anybody has diagram?
EDIT:
I've found manual - I'll test pinout from it:
