He certainly used module 71
Microcontroller: Tricore IROM TC1791
EEPROM: inside microprocessor

yes exactly, but I also used the uhds smok to read the password, with the password pcmflach read and wrote sid310

With module 71...?

It seems here are a lot of sellers of this tool and make some kind of advertising...

71 is for Bosch...

Sid 310 is what...?

So with Bosch module 71, you can read whole tricore units...?

I read/write an edc17c60 from peugeot 308...
Now have a problem with TPROT, after drive some time, car don't start again...
I read File need to be patched.. But I can't do this... Some one can help me?

this problem is solved now by oleg pcm with update 1.2.1...
maybe chinese reseller make also an update...

improved in the original product!

I hope the hacking of the Chinese will never be able to be updated again. and pcm improved the protection of its software.

Chinese now offer for KTM bench version 1.199 which cost 247e and version 1.20 which cost 237e. I am confused. Why new version is cheaper than older? How that? Anyone have ver 1.20?

Hi,

could someone help me how to read password from Ford Transit SID208?
I tried with two different ECU no result while my KTAG read it no problem.
I used the same connection diagram and power supply on booth tool and only KTAG read them.

the password is read when the unit is connected to the car or on a bench without boot pin
