Default Vivaro 2.5 Dash + milage & Oil light reset problem

    I replaced the damaged instrtument-cluster,
For used mileage 212k // Im change to 168k so that it matched to the counter.
After 2k miles the service light came on, I could not delete the inspection. I added miles to 185k and managed to put out the inspections.
Unfortunately, after another 200 miles, it lit up again.
Now I tried the same and after adding 3-5k I reached 235,000 and the inspection still lights up
All option checed , battery disconection, waiting 5-10min betwen try etc...

    error of improper oil quality.
And not the proper instrument cluster configuration.

    Service light still on

What can I do with it now?

I have tried all combinations with the pedals.
The first time I succeeded after adding miles to 185k,
unfortunately now I can not do anything.
Miles are add up to 235.00 and nothing changed.
service light on and bad oil quality etc...
Clear Errors and oil quality come on again after 2sek.

1307 miles left to service and xmass tree on dash
    Lost power etc...

renolink - to deal with this problem, or/ no chance ??

To reset the service with pedals it is necessary that the difference in mileage in dash and ECU is not more than 10 miles. There are several ways to solve this problem. Using CanClip, level the km by resetting the ECU and re-register the injectors. But CanClip is easier to transcode dash from type 2 to type 1 in coding UCH. Or manually change the mileage in the ECU. If the renolink allows you to do this encoding can be done with this device. I use сanclip

Believe me, this is not always possible, especially since in this case the dash has changed and there is an error in the encoding. Sometimes, to reset the service with pedals, you can increase the mileage in dash, for example, by 200k, reset it with the pedals, and return mileage again. But in this case it is easier to change the type of dash in coding uch.

    Unfortunately, this is the problem.
I tried to increase mileage, and reset by combination of pedals.
    I increased 5,000 miles from 170k to 235k (oryginal milage counter 235.350miles)
In all attempts, unfortunately, the light control does not go out.
So this is clearly a problem with the configuration of the instrument cluster.

" But in this case it is easier to change the type of dash in coding uch."
Can you explain more accurately ??

    Thx

To do this, it is not necessary to have a canclip. There is a free DDT2000 program that uses the usual ELM327 and all CanClip scripts with DMA as well as simple coding. By the way, renolink uses the same principle and the same scripts. You will find everything on the network.

you need to reset service before the service light comes on, some of those cars have that bug.

OR fix km in engine ecu so it matches cluster.

Where service data changes have long been known this is the area 0000134 - 0000153. You can put 0 or 20,000 to the service. But here I understand the problem in another. The man is a little off topic. He already had a problem with this dash: https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forum...66-with-board- computer .
Over the past year, if desired, it was possible to parse the entire dump dash byte-bye. And here we are spreading on the tree is useless.
