Xentry passthru errors

Had to install xentry again and now when I run config assist it comes up saying about a sim.bat file error bit when I check the location the file is there and when I try to connect to my van it comes up with a licence error message. It does connect to my vcm2 adapter and will do diagnostics but nothing else. I do have pictures of the errors but it won't let me attach them
