Dash problem not start VW Golf IV

I want to change dash in golf IV.

I read eeprom 24c02 in this dash and copy in donnor dash. I tested mileage and change, but car not start.

What could happen?

I changed eeprom to the old to donnor dash and nothing..... I make inmo off probably
