Toyota Rav4 from 2008 with key less system

I have a rav4 with 2 keys and the system is keyles go and entry

remote lock/unlock, keyless entry and go not working on both keys

keys tested with key tester and are 434 MHz and remote led is lighted on one key battery is new in both keys

engine start is working with both keys if key is near start button

i try to add key but with no joy

i have teachstreem and deleted all keys except one

but i cannot register keys at the end key register error

keys that i want to register are OK?

Grey is ori key of the car

I'm afraid to connect OBD pin 4 and 13 for 35 min because if keys are not added.... at least car was a runner when it came to me

Wich region your car? Usa? Europa? Japan? Saudia?

In foto Smart keys -Tokai rika 433mhz. is europa or saudia or japan region. If yuor car from this region your have problem with smart key remote antena. Chek antena cirkuit or replase antena

ok car is for Europe but i try to learn other second key and no joy,

car have 2 keys i deleted one -> make it virgin and try to re-adapt-it -> no joy

i buy 2 black keys (second hand) make them virgin and try to adapt -> no joy

it is not clear for me why i cannot adapt key to car immo

car start when i put key next to start stop button, when i in the process of key learning ori key detected (2 beeps) but next key is not adapted

remote not working key-less entry / go not working

when you say smart key antenna you are referring to the car antenna or key antenna?

all the door handles have antenna, i tested them with oscilloscope and there is signal same for start stop button

where is the rest of antennas?
