    Hi!
    You can use any tool (UPA, Nec programer, etc) that can suport this type of MCU.
    You have to solder 14 wires to read this. I don't know any tool that can do this BSI by OBD

    is better buy UPA-S.

    Does it need to lift any mcu legs from pcb to read with upa?
