Cmax 1.6tdci limp mode

Hi mates. Can anyone help me.
Got ford c max 2006 y 1.6tdci 109 cv edc16c34 it has fault p0380 and limp mode revs max 3000rpm . Need remove fault code and limp mode.
I know that the best way is to repair glow plugs, but they are broken.
