Default C4 301 AKL pick decode and cut key blade

    I have C4 2012 and 301 2014 ALK.

Customer bring door lock from 2 cars. I picked and decode for 2, using Lishi VA2T.

Cut key 301 using Peugeot VA2 IC-1049 work perfect. But:

The C4 i've tried all menu VA2 (peugeot, citroen renault ABCDEF or 123456) no blade cutted turn.

Customer bring the ignition lock, pick n decode get the same code: FAACAE ( all wafers are same side, pick down)

I also cut blade with code by opposite and the same way. Nothing turn.

Does someone already have this issue? Thanks

its possible it may have the 1234Q5678H series lock on it , have you tried the va6 4 lifter and ic card 1125 as well ?

other than that , maybe strip down one of the locks and read the wafers

Hi Rapidlocksmiths, i tried picking with VA6 4 lifters and cut new blade without succes 2 weeks ago (VA2T still in the way)

Open with VA6 is OK, but some code are out of the grid.

I also i don't know how to strip down the lock yet.

Drill in here in both sides and then the lock housing will just snap in half 2 pieces. I don't know if wafers will be stamped as I always decoded them with success

as p1et said go with the door lock, much easier for the first time and quick, also the ignition is not so much time consumption but is a little tricky on the first time

Many thanks mate, i'll make a try from your advice.

For the pin, what you can use to remove them?

    Hi all the team,
I am exactly in the same case with a 2011 berlingo. I spent the evening there! I manage to pick the door lock "identical to the photo" but impossible to cut the right key! could you follow up on your intervention? Did you open it and then manage to close it again? Cheers

To all the members here who continue to have difficulty with these types of locks, I personally solved the problem by disassembling the cylinder.
I made 5 blades with all the heights as in the picture, every time I need to make a key, I disassemble the cylinder, insert a blade each time, see the heights and write down the number.
Until now I have never missed making a key once, before that I burned many blades like everyone else.

ive lost count how many psa vehicles ive done , lishi has never let me down , i always cut the correct blade first time using lishi , id say ive done in excess of 300 vehicles , id also say ive picked and decoded many more at trade shows when doing demo on the stands and in the car parks. i cant understand the issues some have with these.

The thing is, you are cutting this blade on wrong card and probably use wrong tool. Berlingo is VA2 blade, cuts A-F.
