    Default carprog security access error

    hi guys, im trying to correct odometer of 2009 audi A3 8P 2.0 tdi with carprog online, i keep getting this error, there is one lost key with this car, would this be the problem ? or would there be something wrong with the lib file, i'm lost, any help will be appreciated, i've enclosed some pics of the error, notice that the software changes to ff.ff at the top of the screen, cheers and goodluck.

    maybe you are trying wrong version in menu , the lost key is not problem as you are actually using a valid key to put ignition

    My suggestion: it doesn't work with clone Carprog 8.21


    I checked with Passat b6, it only reads: Part Number etc.
    Touran, too.

    Was anyone able to find a solution?

    I get the same error, while trying to adapt an 8P white cluster.
