ML 350 Cdi Problem with DPF/EGR/BLUETEC OFF

good day, I have a problem, maybe you can help me, I'm from Germany and drive a mercedes ML 350 bluetec 2012,
( Bosch EDC17CP46 )
a tuner from here disabled me AGR DPF Bluetec off and now for months the car goes without performance and if i do kickdown in limp mode, but without codes.
when i turn it off and on it works great the whole Time, but when i switch it off again and turn it on again After Some Minutes the same problem with limp mode, turn it on and off and it works great again.
I have to start the car everywhere I am 2 times.

I disconnected the nox sensor under the car, and staked the Bluetec ECU in the trunk and of course made the DPF empty.


No one here can help me !

do you know why it can be?

Do i forgot something to disconnect ?

do I have to stake out something from the AGR?

Is there any fault codes in ecu?

yes, 3 days ago, the check engine lamp went on and it has indicated an error from the turbo. I do not know the exact code.

what can it be ?

Otherwise the error without lamp comes for 3 months.

I just have to turn the car off and on and it works great.
highway 200kmh no problem.

What can i do ? Please help me.
