Default Need help for read mask 0D46J from EWS3

Hello, i want to program key for a BMW e46. I used my CGPro 9S12 for reading chip 0D46J on EWS3. Because there is not a arrow on my adaptor, so i identified arrow as the photo. My procedure as following:
Align pit on chip with a arrow on adapter ( arrow as photo)
    Choose immobilizer/BMW/ EWS3 0D46J
    Click "Read" button
But it uassually show message "Power on operation failed" as photo or show all "0" or all "F".
Can anybody tell me why i can not read this chip, what did i do not correctly when read the chip?
I can not find any guide read this chip with my CGPro 9S12 on internet. Thanks

Buy less than 30$ the AK90, it's the best tool for EWS.

With adapter, usual you cannot put the wrong way. One corner is diffrent than others.

Use thin sand paper and clean the pins. After clean again with acetone.

Never use that CGPro to read with it. That tool leave a bad taste in your life. Not reading...but damaging.

I always keep pressing the adapter down with force while reading, it's the only way that works for me. (AK90, don't know if CGPro is capable at all)
