But you need to unlock the CCM first using the old ELV so it must still be working!
If it isn't working anymore then it is hard to fix ...

Hi...
we have here a VW Passat B6 2006...
damaged ELV...
we will get brand new from VW today...
someone know procedure to adapt...?
only odis ONLINE...?
on old ELV there is no MCU/Eeprom...

No communication possible...

If ori totaly dead only odis online help you!
Without old ori elv with vcds impossible set security because ccm is locked.Only odis online can open this online away for programming new elv.

Yes that's the procedure, but it will only work once the CCM has been unlocked using orig ELV.
If orig ELV is dead as you say you need another approach.
