    Old post and topic, but here is what i have solved... First time you must read eeprom without entering supervision mode(complete eeprom file, that contaims original data with injectors codes), then read mpc and flash. When writting back, you must write flash and mpc files in Superv mode, then exit Superv ode and write eeprom file dirrectly, not in Supervison mode. It will write the correct and complete eeprom and the ecu will act like the original one. That will be a correct clone...
