05 VW Beetle ME7.1.1 immo off

Hello, can someone please help me with the location of the eeprom for the immo off service ?
the ecu is a 06A 906 032 QS Benzim ME7.1.1
there is two eeproms on front of ecu board and 1 on back can someone please help me locate the right one ?

Have a look for 95080 or 95160, think should be a 80 in yours.
