whats the best android elm327 diagnostic program?

Both are really good for ELM327. Just don't be tight, buy a genuine interface. Definitely worth the extra money. Why even bother looking for a hacked version. Both apps are not expensive.

Also, there is ScanMyOpelCan. You don't need the original APP, just get the CAN version. It's in its infancy but it will get there.

On another note, there is BlueDriver. I only use this for the odd American pain in the arse car here in the UK.

Obviously all these are very basic but actually are quite handy now and again.

Thanks all will have a look at those.

I’ve got a Carista interface, but when I use it with some apps/cars like VAG group it will only give me engine codes. Unless I use the full version of the carista app.

I’m in the uk so using it on uk cars mostly.
