Mercedes C220 W202 CDI more power

Hey guys,
Need some help on my MB w202 c220 cdi from 1998 @ 125hp.
Egr is already off, it should stay that way, so i would like a stage 1 tunning if possible, for a little bit more power and torque all in the safe spot.
Reading was done using fgtech galleto 4.
