Bmw Ecu Sync

Hi there,is possible to synch used ecu (2nd hand) to Original Cas2 by dumps?
Original ecu from car is tottaly damage,can´t get any data from it.i will leave both e2p´s from ecu and cas.Thanks for your help in advance!
Car is one Bmw E60 530D with Ecu Bosch 0 281 011 224 and Cas2

thank you,i will test,i dont have car here atthe moment!is possible to connect cas and dde on the bench and do the sync?
im wondering if thats possible,i will search for connections for both modules on the bench!
