FVDI V4-1 PCB F12449 - Connecting to server Failed

Hello there,
I have a FVDI V4-1 PCB LPC 1788 Interface with S/N: F12449
And when i try to open e.g. VW on Abrites i get what you can see on screenshot and after info "Device has been deactivated"
When I plug interface to PC I get green light on it and on Softdog too, without blinking.
What can I do with it? I have interface to flash this ARM but no FW files.
I searching a little bit about this on forum but I'm really confused right now.
Could you help me please?
