evoque reprogramming

hi, to all
let me explain my trouble.
an other garage tried to add key in evoque 2015 and they killed rfa.
anyway they changed rfa and bcm with used and program keys again. car start.
but now when try to connect car automatically find donor ecu vin. not the real car vin

dump are already bench read ,and i have also tried to change vin manually, but car not start. there must be special checksum.anyway i restore and car start

i got jlr ssd , but for this things need a good brain.
i hope in all worldwide somebody can help me

You must open bcm and ecu sent dumps and try to virgin to reprogram.

i have already read dumps of rfa and bcm.
changed vin by hex but car not start,there must be a special checksum
do you know it?
