Default Volvo xc90 2005 all keys lost

    Hi all.
I usually don't deal with volvo but this customer is desperate.

Can anyone tell me how to do this job ?
I've seen it should use id48 chip

Can any tool do it via obd or not?
If I need to remove CIM , is it solder job or clip on ?

I have vvdi2 vvdi prog and fvdi

No tool can do this via OBD, unless you have access to Volvo VIDA online. This is AKL or he need spare key?

Tango and vvdi2 do not support all CEM modules. Check part number of CEM or just clone key if this if he need spare.

Oh I didn't read thread title carefully... It says all keys lost.
