Delphi 2014 r2 HP PDA version can i use the new VCI

Hello, newbie here...after some help please.

I have the Delphi software running on my HP PDA, but my DS100E has stopped responding.
can I use the newer ds150 Chinese clone with this?
I have tried but I get a error 'the hardware key is incorrect'

DS100E
Serial 37940
Firmware 1410

DS150
serial 100251
firmware 1612

is it possible to use this or can I buy a compatible vci? thanks

With 2014 delphi software you can generate activation file for the serial number of your tool

where do I then plac the activation file on the PPC (HP iPAQ 114, for the software's files I cannot find anywhere where it has a similar file
