I know your problem, but most of the time you can just talk to them and shipping to other countrys is no problem.
If its to complicated for them you can try services like eurosender.com and let them pick the parts up after payment.
But if somebody here could do something like a fordwarding service and/or shopping assistent i would also be highly interested... so much nice parts in Poland...
