Open Media - What Sports Channels Are Free?

I have recently purchased an Open Media box. As I am new to all this I have a couple of questions that someone might help me with.

I am looking to purchase a motorised dish - what size do I need?

Also, can I receive any FTA foreign channels that show English Premier league games at weekends? If not what is the best way to get to watch premier league games?

I am located in Southern Ireland.

Any help would be greatly received.
