hello all.

is anyone else having trouble comunicating with this company?

quick explain

ordered a fvdi 2014 from them june 1st , gave them plenty of time to deliver checked tracking on 22/6 and found somehow the parcel had been returned to fvdi on the 19th because of a problem with customs.

have sent 3 messages from contact page and 2 emails . plus i have contacted them 2 times through paypal to find out what was happening.
also attempted to contact via skype to nancy .

still not one reply from them except when my first attempt through paypal was sent i got a automated email with what looked like a credit note and new numbe but no explanation as to what to do?

i have till 21st to put it back to paypal but cant understand what fvdi are playing at?

Sorry to necro an old thread, but placed an order with then about a week ago and it still shows processing. No email order confirmation, and no response to my shipping status update email sent about 4 days ago. No response on Skype either. Guess I'll give it another week or so.

Couple of weeks ago I ordered fvdi 2018, I watched this page with which you have a "problem" and flyobd.com
I ordered from flyobd.com, the device was sent 1 day after payment and arrived very quickly, also the support is on level because I had problems during installation.
before that I contacted fvdiobd.com but they respond very slowly and like any Chinese site, insufficient information and incomplete sentences
