Ktag won't work

can anyone help. bought a new Ktag and won't load protocols can anyone help, don't mind paying, my keys works spot on

Try opening the ktag, take the sd out and clean its contacts and the pcb sd reader contacts with isopropyl alcohol. Then refit the sd in the pcb sd reader and try again if all ok in software. If not ok you’d better trash the chinese sd card and put a brand new on it.

If this don't help you then bleed your ktag with isopropyl alcohol and burn. And buy another one.
