As radiosolutions wrote, the day after I cleaned the egr and tested. Gain nothing.
Testing the car more I found that it smokes a lot before shutting off when warm.
So as radiosolutions wrote, egr open, IT IS, this time I disconnected the egr and voilą!
The engine at 86 degrees is still on while driving.

Then I sorted the missing ground to the turbo actuator, cutting the wire from the ecu and the actuator,
and hard-wiring the actuator. (A bad solution)
Had to cover MIL on dash because there are many faults related. Can't cover Engine fault message in the center display.

I pre-tested the car and found that's nice to drive, pulls great, no smoke, can have fun.
Then I told to the main mechanic to test the car.
After half an hour of not seen him, I sent him a message.

When he returned he was literally incredulous, car doesn't shut off while driving but gave him an hesitation for
    too much boost pressure request.

Told him to not request full power for long time since the turbo actuator is not controlled as it should be.
Needs a new ecu for correct boost control.

He did 30 km. I did 10 in the pre-test.

Back when the car entered the garage I told him egr could be the problem.
He said: egr cannot be the problem. Then he took a metal pole and launch it in the middle of the garage.

This is the garage where I work, fighting with old colleagues and be the winner as much time as I can.
    And add
    Another happy customer.
