Bit of a comfort to see I’m not alone with this. I decoded the 14 polo without adaptor on A9. Don’t know how accurate this would have been as didn’t have a cutter to suit. Will order a 1 and 1.5 mm cutter for A9 and check to see if clamp is needed.

Jimmy did you check that your machine can cut HU162T-8 HU162T-9 and HU162T-10


I just checked that my can cut only HU162T-9

Haven’t checked A9 to see what it can cut as yet but seen a clamp for them. Was also onto lockdecoders they said there’s a pc update that might cover these. Basically you update online then plug into back of A9 with PC-USB and PC acts as the screen and software not the A9 so a sort of software over ride

As for card number didn’t spend time on it went about it all wrong as didn’t have clamp etc so no doubt decode is totally wrong.

Getting to the bottom of these keys is on the list of my ever growing, endless, expensive, frustrating list of things 😬😬
