Unhappy Project test box for Calculator EDC16C34

    Hi everyone,

I’m a student in a master 1 in embedded electronics and communication systems.
Actually I am an internship and I have problems with my project.

My project consists in a realization of bench test for a calculator EDC16C34 and after to extend for more HDi calculator.
The goal is to make the calculator believe that it's connected to the car but in reality, it’s connected to my auto test box which simulate the car’s environment.
For the moment I managed to recreate all the pressure and temperature sensors. I managed to simulate engine speed, vehicle speed, crank shaft signal, cam shaft signal.
Now I would pilot the injectors but I didn’t succeed. However I have pressure and gazole in the common rail but impossible to managed the injector.
Do you have an idea ?

Now I have a problem of synchronization between cam shaft and crank shaft. But to create this signals I use an ardustim program.
I think it’s possible my injector problem’s as to synchronization of cam and crank shaft.

If you have question or help, tell me ! I would finish this project to validate my year of study

    I revive
I work on a BOSCH calculator and I use the pattern 37 of Ardustim :
    /* Bosch 60-2 pattern with 2nd trigger on rotation 2, * GM 4X CAM */

I exchange with a member of Ardustim group and he says it’s possible my calculator expect the reverse signal.
My question is : How it works the calculator’s output ?
If the calculator must receive a high state, it reads a low state ?
Or if the calculator must receive a high state, it reads a high state ?

My output calculator of PWM and crank are a output of 12V DC.
I managed these with a transistor, example of my case :

    (2) The transistor’s base receives the Arduino’s PWM signal (cranck shaft)
    (3) The transistor’s manifold receives the calculator’s signal (12V DC)
    (1) The transistor’s transmitter receives the grounding signal
*See the picture of my electrical diagram*

    It’s a NPN transistor : MPS 2222A

When the base receive a high state, the manifold signal toggles to the grounding and generate my PWM signal.

Almost 300 people watched my post! Nobody has any idea?
Even if it is not your domain any idea is good to take! This could give me a new approach and/or unlock me
