MB C220 W202 CDI 1998 EGR OFF, ECU Protected??

MB C220 W202 CDI 1, 1998 @ 125HP.
This car needs the egr off.
So, the car is not absolutely working with any of automated solutions, nor one file that one of the others guys edited manually in winols. I've already tried 7 maps. Only original map is working.
Multiple checksum solutions tried.

Can the ecu be protected or whatever? It seems very weird that none of the maps proposed works.

ECU is EDC15C5 / EDC15C0

This backup i did delete all the DTCS before backup.

Reading was done using galletto 4 master.
