Thank you Mike! but I was not able to test the file. I keep getting verify errors with carprog clone V8.21 when trying to write.
Do I have to modify carprog? I'm using A6 clip

I use a clone to , just write the cleared file on the eeprom.
I think the carprog v.8.21 clone will not work with 95640 memory. It will read but not write.
What programer will work with my memory?
Good news for me gang! I got it to work by removing the 95640 memory from the circuit board and then it allowed me to write and verify with adapter A6.
I think this memory is write protected while on the board??? thus preventing anything to be rewritten.
Thank you for the help.
