always try to desolder the eeprom before reading it. If you read on the circuit you can shit it

when I read it with CarProg, it shows either all zeros or all FFF s , am I doing something wrong ? Thank you

yes mate, there is something wrong, some Carprog clone doesn't read serie 24cxx, you need to read with other programmer
