Need new Ktag and KessV2 which version ?

my Kess and Ktag are some years old but work good.
but i think it is time for new stuff.

i have seen many versions of Kess and Ktag. which version is the good clone fo going online ?

i would like to read and write edc 17cp04 with kess by obd. in the past i have done it everytime by ktag.

I am from germany so a ebay link would be nice.
