Post BMW E39 M57D25 engine problem

    Hello!
I have a problem with my BMW E39 525D 120kw, automatic gearbox, touring.
Problem is that, when I acceleration harder and when it hits 3000-3500rpm then it feels like turbo goes off, black smoke behind and hangs up - no power.
But if I let change gear to upper gear before 3000rpm, then it's all good. No smoke, turbo is fine etc.
Also I let encode EGR off.
I cleaned the collector, changed MAP sensor, new turbo, new turbo solenoid, vacuums are OK, but still nothing.

Faulty codes what I did get:
    "1470"
    "Charge-air pressure controller"
    "0404"
    "Exhaust-gas recirculation"
    "1613"
    "Smooth running controller"

Maybe somebody had same issue and can help me?

Thanks and waiting for someones respond of that,
    GertJou

Seems to me the turbo no working for some reason. Smoke test will show any leaks in pressure side pipes. If EGR is not closing that means no turbo pressure. The ecm is seeing foot down, it expects turbo to spin so puts in more fuel. But turbo don,t work so unburnt fuel makes smoke.
