installs ok but as soon as you open and click anything it just closes, win10, run as administrator
any ideas anyone?

hello friends, I have the same problem, when I select a file from the left side with win7 installed, nyo4 turns itself off, only it works on a computer that I have never had an internet connection on.
I have used win7 for many years.

my friends nyo4-2017 when I set the compatibility setting to win7 from the features like in the picture, everything is fine, I use win7 and it works without any problems.

yes thanks did try win7 compatibility and win xp and also i tried turning internet off, BUT none of these worked :-(
